Visiting the Home

 

AT HOME Estate Sales always provides a complimentary in-home consultation. We will evaluate your home and determine a plan which will benefit you the most.

Advertising

 

AT HOME Estate Sales will market your sale through multiple channels, including:

 

  • Social media- Facebook and Instagram

  • Internet advertising

  • Email blasts to over 50,000 estate sale buyers through EstateSales.net and EstateSales.com as well as our private email list

 

The Big Day!

 

If you haven't previously, now is to remove or identify which items in the home you want to keep and leave the rest to us! Our professionally trained staff will:

 

  • Prepare an inventory of your items

  • Professionally stage your home. We will organize, clean, display, research, and price all your items. We provide tables, display cases, and all equipment necessary for a successful sale.

  • Secure any city permits or extra insurance riders

  • Staff will be onsite throughout the sale to provide support to our salespeople. We provide shopping baskets for the guests, to assist in the shopping experience. The more they can carry....the more they will buy!

  • AT HOME Estate Sales accepts

    • Cash

    • Venmo and Zelle

    • All major credit cards (with a 3% convenience fee)

 

The Day After...

 

  • Items designated for charity will be arranged for pick up.

  • Your home will be left broom clean and ready to sell or rent.

  • Sales proceeds and a detailed inventory of the items sold (itemized for all items sold for $20 or more) will be provided within a week of the sale.
